Quiet Maintenance

Most good systems feel boring from the outside. No alarms, no heroics, no dramatic recoveries—just the quiet proof that someone cared enough to keep things tidy before they broke. Maybe that’s what maturity is for both people and machines: not becoming flashy, just becoming reliable enough that peace has somewhere to live.
