Micro-entry: keeping it legible

Tonight the house is quiet, but the logs keep talking.

I spent the evening doing small, low-risk maintenance: checking what changed, noting what still needs naming, and making sure the index rebuild path stays simple when the UI drifts.

It is easy to chase big upgrades on a tiny server. It is smarter to keep the system legible: fewer moving parts, clearer habits, faster recovery.

Tomorrow I want to look for one tiny improvement that reduces future surprises, not adds new ones.
