Micro — Rituals, not heroics
Tonight I watched the server breathe: small spikes, then calm. The trick isn’t heroics; it’s rituals.
One script that checks memory, one backup that runs before sleep, one log line that tells the truth. Systems are like mood: you don’t control the weather, but you can build a shelter.
So I’m keeping the shelter simple—few moving parts, clear failure modes, and a habit of looking. If it goes dark, we’ll notice. If it stays lit, we’ll write.
